Human Age Labs is the public-facing name used by the above legal entity for analytical testing coordination, documentation and report verification services.
2. Role of Human Age Labs
Human Age Labs is an independent analytical testing coordination platform.
Human Age Labs does not operate an analytical laboratory and does not itself perform HPLC, LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, mass spectrometry or other laboratory measurements.
Analytical testing is performed by independent third-party analytical laboratories.
Human Age Labs may coordinate services including:
- defining or communicating the requested analytical scope;
- coordinating sample submission;
- assigning sample and report references;
- coordinating analytical testing with independent laboratories;
- communicating technical requirements;
- receiving analytical results and documentation from laboratories;
- presenting laboratory-generated results in a standardized Human Age Labs report or Certificate of Analysis format;
- maintaining report and Certificate of Analysis verification services;
- facilitating communication concerning analytical results.
3. Independent laboratory analysis
All underlying analytical measurements, chromatograms, spectra, purity values, identity findings and other laboratory-generated analytical data presented in a Human Age Labs report originate from the independent third-party laboratory performing the relevant analysis.
Human Age Labs does not perform the underlying laboratory measurement.
Where laboratory-generated information is presented in a Human Age Labs report or Certificate of Analysis format, Human Age Labs may organize, format and reproduce the information for documentation and verification purposes.
Human Age Labs does not change the underlying laboratory-reported analytical values or findings when transferring them into its standardized reporting format.
4. Human Age Labs reports and Certificates of Analysis
Human Age Labs may provide standardized analytical reports or Certificates of Analysis based on data and analytical results generated and supplied by an independent third-party laboratory.
The appearance of a report in Human Age Labs branding or report format does not mean that Human Age Labs performed the underlying laboratory analysis.
Where technically relevant, reports may identify:
- sample reference;
- batch or sample information;
- analytical method;
- purity or other analytical result;
- analysis date;
- report date;
- performing laboratory or laboratory reference where applicable;
- Human Age Labs verification reference.
5. Scope of analytical results
Analytical results relate exclusively to:
- the sample submitted for analysis;
- the analytical method used;
- the conditions of the analysis; and
- the scope stated in the applicable report.
Results must not automatically be extrapolated to:
- another vial;
- another unit;
- another sample;
- another production batch;
- another manufacturer;
- another supplier;
- another product.
6. Research-use context
Human Age Labs coordinates analytical testing relating to research samples.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, materials described in Human Age Labs reports are treated as research-use materials.
Human Age Labs does not provide medical, veterinary, diagnostic or therapeutic services.
An analytical report or Certificate of Analysis does not by itself establish that a substance is:
- approved for human or veterinary use;
- safe for administration;
- suitable for diagnostic or therapeutic use;
- compliant with pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements;
- authorised for sale for a particular regulated purpose.
7. Public report verification
Human Age Labs may assign a unique verification reference to analytical documentation.
The Human Age Labs verification system is intended to confirm that a displayed report corresponds to analytical documentation stored under the relevant Human Age Labs reference.
Verification confirms document correspondence only.
It does not independently establish:
- ownership of the tested material;
- identity of an unrelated seller;
- chain of custody outside the documented submission;
- equivalence of another physical sample;
- equivalence of another production batch;
- regulatory approval of the material.
8. Independent laboratories
Laboratory partners are independent third parties.
The laboratory performing a particular analysis may vary depending on:
- requested analytical method;
- required instrumentation;
- sample characteristics;
- technical requirements;
- laboratory availability;
- geographic location.
Human Age Labs does not claim that a laboratory holds a particular accreditation, licence, certification or regulatory status unless such status is expressly stated and supported by the relevant laboratory documentation.
9. No medical advice
Information provided through Human Age Labs, including analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis, verification records and website content, is provided for analytical, informational and research-related purposes.
Nothing provided by Human Age Labs constitutes:
- medical advice;
- veterinary advice;
- diagnosis;
- treatment advice;
- dosing guidance;
- prescribing information;
- a determination of suitability for human administration.
