Human Age Labs does not operate or control the analytical instruments used by the performing laboratory.
5. Laboratory-generated data
Analytical measurements, chromatograms, spectra, purity values, identity findings and other analytical results are generated by the independent laboratory performing the relevant analysis.
Human Age Labs may receive these results and associated documentation from the performing laboratory.
Human Age Labs may organize, transcribe, reproduce and present laboratory-generated information in a standardized Human Age Labs report or Certificate of Analysis format.
Human Age Labs does not change the underlying laboratory-reported analytical values or findings when transferring them into its standardized reporting format.
6. Human Age Labs report format
A report carrying Human Age Labs branding does not mean that Human Age Labs performed the laboratory measurement.
The purpose of the Human Age Labs report format is to provide consistent:
- documentation;
- sample identification;
- presentation;
- analytical referencing;
- verification.
Where applicable, the report may include or refer to the independent laboratory’s own report reference or supporting analytical documentation.
7. Enquiries and formation of an arrangement
Submitting:
- a website form;
- an email;
- a sample request;
- a quotation request;
does not automatically create a binding agreement.
Human Age Labs may first review:
- the requested analytical method;
- sample type;
- sample quantity;
- laboratory availability;
- technical feasibility;
- shipping requirements.
The applicable arrangement is confirmed once the scope and relevant conditions have been communicated and accepted.
8. Relationship with the performing laboratory
Depending on the particular arrangement, laboratory services may be:
- arranged directly between the customer and the performing laboratory; or
- coordinated by Human Age Labs on behalf of the customer.
The applicable quotation, confirmation or other written communication may specify the relevant arrangement.
In either case, Human Age Labs does not become the laboratory performing the underlying analytical measurement merely because it coordinates communication, documentation or payment.
9. Laboratory and third-party costs
Analytical testing may involve third-party laboratory, shipping, preparation or other external costs.
Where Human Age Labs facilitates, collects or forwards such costs, this does not mean that Human Age Labs performed the laboratory service.
Applicable costs and payment arrangements will be communicated before laboratory work is commissioned.
10. No implication of accreditation
Human Age Labs does not represent that a laboratory holds a particular:
- accreditation;
- certification;
- licence;
- regulatory approval;
- GMP status;
unless such status is expressly stated and supported by relevant documentation.
Customers should rely only on accreditation or certification information specifically documented for the performing laboratory.
11. Sample submission
Customers must follow the relevant sample-submission instructions.
The customer is responsible for:
- accurately describing the submitted material;
- providing information reasonably necessary for the requested analysis;
- ensuring lawful possession of the sample;
- ensuring lawful shipment of the sample;
- complying with applicable transport and packaging requirements;
- declaring relevant hazards or special handling requirements.
Human Age Labs or the performing laboratory may reject material that is:
- incorrectly declared;
- unsafe to handle;
- inadequately packaged;
- unlawful to possess or transport;
- unsuitable for the requested analysis.
12. Restricted sample information
Customers should not provide:
- patient information;
- personal medical information;
- medical records;
- identifiable clinical information;
- unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Human Age Labs does not provide a clinical or diagnostic laboratory service.
13. Analytical scope
Different analytical methods measure different characteristics.
For example:
- chromatographic methods may provide information concerning purity;
- mass-spectrometric methods may provide information concerning molecular identity or mass;
- quantitative methods may provide information concerning amount or concentration.
Results must be interpreted according to the scope and limitations of the actual analytical method used.
A result from one method must not automatically be interpreted as evidence of a characteristic that was not measured.
14. Purity results
Where a purity value is stated in a Human Age Labs report, the value is based on analytical data reported by the independent laboratory performing the relevant analysis.
Human Age Labs does not independently recalculate or modify the laboratory-reported purity value except where purely presentational formatting is necessary.
Any purity result must be interpreted according to the analytical method, sample preparation and limitations applicable to the relevant laboratory analysis.
15. Turnaround times
Any turnaround time communicated before analysis is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Testing may be affected by:
- sample transport;
- laboratory capacity;
- analytical complexity;
- instrument availability;
- maintenance;
- repeat analysis;
- quality review;
- customs;
- external events beyond reasonable control.
Human Age Labs does not guarantee an estimated turnaround time unless a binding deadline has expressly been agreed.
16. Sample consumption
Analytical testing may consume, alter or destroy part or all of a submitted sample.
Human Age Labs cannot guarantee that residual material will remain following laboratory analysis.
17. Residual sample material
Residual material may be retained by the performing laboratory temporarily for:
- technical review;
- repeat analysis;
- quality-control purposes;
- investigation of analytical questions.
Unless return has been expressly agreed in advance, residual material may later be disposed of according to the performing laboratory’s procedures.
18. Analytical reports
Analytical results relate exclusively to:
- the sample actually analysed;
- the analytical method applied;
- the analytical conditions;
- the scope stated in the relevant documentation.
Results must not automatically be extrapolated to:
- another vial;
- another unit;
- another sample;
- another batch;
- another manufacturer;
- another supplier;
- another product.
19. Certificates of Analysis
Human Age Labs may provide a standardized Certificate of Analysis or analytical report based on analytical data generated and supplied by the independent laboratory performing the relevant analysis.
The Human Age Labs report format is a documentation and verification format.
It does not imply that Human Age Labs performed the underlying measurement.
Where appropriate, Human Age Labs documentation may include:
- sample reference;
- sample or batch information;
- analytical method;
- purity result;
- analytical findings;
- analysis date;
- verification reference;
- relevant laboratory information.
20. Report accuracy
Human Age Labs seeks to reproduce laboratory-generated results accurately in its standardized documentation.
If a transcription, formatting or administrative error is identified, Human Age Labs may issue corrected documentation.
The underlying laboratory data take precedence in the event of an identified transcription discrepancy.
21. Corrected and superseded reports
Where a report is corrected, Human Age Labs may:
- issue a replacement report;
- mark a previous version as superseded;
- update the verification record;
- withdraw an incorrect version from public verification.
Corrections to presentation or transcription do not permit alteration of the underlying laboratory-generated analytical findings.
22. Public verification
Human Age Labs may assign a unique verification reference to an analytical report.
The verification system is designed to establish whether a displayed document corresponds to analytical documentation held under that Human Age Labs reference.
Verification does not independently establish:
- identity of a seller;
- ownership of a sample;
- chain of custody outside the documented submission;
- identity of another product;
- equivalence of another vial;
- equivalence of another batch.
23. Research use only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, materials covered by Human Age Labs analytical coordination and reporting are treated as research-use materials.
Analytical documentation does not establish that a substance is:
- approved for human use;
- approved for veterinary use;
- suitable for administration;
- medically effective;
- safe;
- authorised for diagnostic use;
- authorised for therapeutic use.
24. No medical advice
Human Age Labs does not provide:
- medical advice;
- veterinary advice;
- diagnosis;
- treatment recommendations;
- dosing recommendations;
- prescribing information;
- clinical interpretation.
Analytical results should not be interpreted as medical or clinical advice.
25. No determination of safety or efficacy
A purity value, identity result or other analytical finding does not by itself establish:
- safety;
- efficacy;
- sterility;
- absence of contaminants not included in the testing scope;
- regulatory approval;
- suitability for human use.
Only characteristics actually included in the analytical scope should be inferred from the report.
26. No guarantee of expected result
Human Age Labs does not guarantee that an analysis will:
- produce a particular purity value;
- confirm the submitted material’s stated identity;
- meet customer expectations;
- support a commercial claim;

- laboratory result;
- purity value;
- identity finding;
- performing laboratory;
- scope of analysis;
- verification status.
28. Misuse of verification
Human Age Labs may suspend, amend or withdraw public verification where it reasonably believes that:
- a report has been falsified;
- documentation has been materially altered;
- a verification reference is being used misleadingly;
- a report is being attributed to a sample or batch that was not tested;
- Human Age Labs branding is being used to make unsupported analytical claims.
29. Technical questions
Questions concerning analytical findings should include the relevant:
- Human Age Labs verification reference;
- report number;
- sample identifier.
Where required, Human Age Labs may forward technical questions to the independent laboratory that performed the analysis.
